Comment parler de santé mentale?
Continuum de la santé mentale (Keyes, 2013) :
- L’absence de problèmes de santé mentale n’implique pas automatiquement une santé mentale positive.
- La présence de problèmes de santé mentale n’implique pas automatiquement l’absence d’une santé mentale positive.
DONC: La santé mentale représente plus que la simple absence de problèmes de santé mentale (OMS, 2022).
La santé mentale, tout comme la santé physique, peut varier dans le temps.
