8. Submission of the Thesis
The student sends the thesis to each of the tribunal members. At least 15 days before the defence.

Validation by the School of Doctorate

The student initiates the online deposit in which they attach:
- Thesis copy in PDF
- Panel data
- Turnitin report (with sworn statement)
No modifications
6. Deposit dissemination
The programme coordination validates the deposit and incorporates the reports into the intranet.
The doctoral thesis must be in dissemination period during 5 working days from institutional validation
9. Defence date proposal
With modifications
The student completes the form to inform about the date and place of the defence. The programme coordination reviews, validates and authorises the scheduling
The coordination assesses the proposals and returns the deposit to the student for modification. The student makes the modifications (1 month available) and returns to step 2 (initial validation).
3. External Evaluation
The director and supervisor verify the training activities.
7. Appointment of the tribunal
The programme coordination sends the thesis to external evaluators.
The School of Doctorate appoints the tribunal and informs the members of their appointment.

10. Official scheduling of the defence
Doctoral thesis defence
The School of Doctorate publishes the defence on the website. The tribunal chairperson calls the members. Minimum 10 working days after the proposal.
