The Information Systems and Communications Department (ASIC) develops and maintains the software programs and services of the UPV, such as the WiFi network, the PoliFormaT Virtual Classroom, the Intranet… and much more!

For any questions or issues regarding services not managed by the ASIC, you can generally contact the responsible service through PoliConsulta such as:
- Your center's Secretariat.
- Sports Department.
- Library.
- And many more.

8.Microsoft 365
Access with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
UPV License
The UPV provides you with a Microsoft license that allows you to download and use the Office 365 package with your UPV account, including Microsoft Copilot Web. Access from the Intranet or from the Intranet or through:
To identify yourself, you can use your UPV email address or your Microsoft account <user>@upv.edu.es which may be necessary to identify yourself in some services.
To use the Microsoft UPV services, you need to activate and configure two-factor authentication (2FA).

3. Your email
The UPV provides you with a mailing address and an email inbox using the Microsoft 365 services. You can access your email from:

UPV Intranet
Your email address has the format: user@centro.upv.es and your password is the same as the UPV. You can find it in the enrollment summary.
The email is the official communication channel of the UPV. You can forward your email to have all your mailboxes in one place.

7.PoliLabs
Operation and access
2 types of connections
- HTML5-RDP always works.
- RDP is more convenient but requires you to install the UDS Client available in the PoliLabs menu.
With PoliLabs you can access desktops and teaching applications without installing them remotely and securely. You can access from:
- The UPV with Wi-Fi network connection.
- From home, where you will need to use two-factor authentication.

Media UPV: UPV educational community video portal that allows you to search by course name, subject, or faculty.
VideoNotes. If your UPV faculty decides to record their face-to-face classes in high quality, you will be able to access them from PoliformaT.

MOOCs UPV: Wide variety of free online courses that you can take at your own pace.

5. App MyUPV
ID Card: use it to identify yourself and, for example, to open reserved study rooms.
Calendar: visually check your class and exam schedule.
Sports: reserve facilities and enroll in your favorite activities.
Notes: check your grades and your record.
Library: reserve study rooms, borrow books, and check schedules.

2. Connect to the UPV
You can connect in two ways:
VPN Connection (from outside the UPV Campus)
Wi-Fi Connection (from UPV Campus)
You need to use the VPN to access some resources from outside the UPV such as PoliLabs or to access library resources.
Use the UPVNET Wi-Fi network with your UPV credentials user@alumno.upv.es and your password.
From infoaccess.upv.es you can access manuals and information to connect to the UPV at any time.
The VPN connection requires configuring a two-factor authentication (2FA).

1. Your username
Enrollment receipt
Your user account identifies you on computers and UPV services such as email or to access your Intranet.
Characteristics of your user:
- It consists of a maximum of 7 or 8 letters.
- It also forms your UPV email: user@center.upv.es
- If you don't remember your password click on Forgot your password? when logging into UPV.
- If any application or service asks for your domain, it will be STUDENT: user@student.upv.es
11. Are you interested in knowing
Policar. Initiative at UPV to share cars where you can earn money with your ride shares.
UPV Parking. Need to come with your car? Register it at: Intranet>Virtual Secretary>Requests, notifications, petitions> Vehicle registration for parking access

6.PoliformaT: UPV Virtual Classroom
PoliformaT is the online platform that supports teaching at UPV.
- It provides access to the courses and study materials uploaded by your faculty.
- From the MyUPV App, you can access PoliformaT and view, submit, and manage your course assignments, see available resources, etc.

Educational Licenses
On the UPV Software Portal software.upv.es, the software is organized into sections with a brief description. Find the one you're interested in and follow the setup and installation instructions.
UPV offers you educational licenses if you are a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate student, so you can download the programs you need for your studies.
