We avoid being part of the content saturation in the digital world.
We teach through stories. They entertain us and help us maintain focus.
We are able to understand images from millions of years ago, even from other cultures.

Use timelines
To tell stories in an organized, hierarchical, structured, and concise way. These are the four pillars to carry out a successful presentation. You can briefly describe the timeline of your presentation and orally present the milestones achieved so that no one falls asleep.

First 20 targets (that I would target on the first day, to get a meeting, introduction, or sale). My thought process around going with this is I have a relationship with 85% of these people and these relationships, specifically the high schools, can introduce me to the middle schools that are zoned to that high school. Making the process quicker and more efficient than cold outreach.

Weekly outreach rhythm would look like a mix of calling, texting, DMing, follow up, and live outreach (2-3 times a week) it would look like for example: Week 1 - call (vm), call, email Week 2 - call(vm), email, DM Week 3 - email, call, Week 4 - email, text Week 5- DM, email Week 6 - Call, DM ASG - First Strategy
How I would drive ASG Nominations, regional advocates, and coach participation?
Risks and Needs
What could slow me down and what would I need from EXACT to move faster?
From my experience the only thing that would slow me down was timing on the prospects end, & communication with cross functional teams, or with colleagues in BD. The only thing I ask is that there’s clear communication when there’s something I’m asking for, that way I can close faster.
- Word of mouth, referrals, social media, and touch points every other week/month where I consistently met with those prospects, heard feedback on athletes, athletes he/she is looking out for, and following that process step by step
Supporting product strategy How would rankings/watchlist, X-Factor, and PrepSponsor support your ASG Growth plan?
- Kind of answering the question on how I would keep ASG as the main thing. Each of those products give you more visibility, motivation, and opportunity to make it to the game, that ultimately means you’ve had a very successful season. The products would be used to further motivate athletes to make ASG one if not the primary goal for their season
