Rules – Quality Challenge

Article 1: Purpose ANDROS, whose registered office is located at Zone Industrielle, 46130 Biars-sur-Cère, is organizing an internal game entitled “Quality Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as “the Challenge”) as part of the Year of Quality. The Challenge consists of a series of quizzes distributed throughout the year on various themes related to Quality within the Andros Group. The Challenge will be organized by ANDROS, technically operated by the company “Novelus”, and hosted by “Genially”. Article 2: Conditions and Participation Terms The Challenge is open to all employees of the ANDROS Group worldwide (the “Group”). Employees means persons working for the Group, whether full-time or part-time, on fixed-term or permanent contracts (permanent employees, temporary employees, apprentices, and interns employed at the time of the quiz), throughout the entire duration of the Challenge until the announcement of the results. Participation may be individual or in teams of 2 to 20 people maximum. Any person who does not meet all the above conditions will be excluded from the Challenge and may not claim any prize. Organizers may not participate in the Challenge. To participate in the Challenge, employees must log on to a dedicated website (via link or QR code). To do so, they must provide the following information in order to participate in the Challenge: entity, first and last name OR team name, number of participants. An entry will be considered valid only if the mandatory information is complete and usable. Article 3: The Challenge 3-1 Challenge Procedure The Challenge consists of several quizzes distributed over a defined period during the Year of Quality.Each quiz:

includes a series of questions
is accessible for a limited period

Participants may take part in one or more quizzes.

3-2 Selection of winners For each quiz in the Challenge:

5 worldwide winners will be selected based on the number of correct answers
in the event of a tie, a tie-break may be carried out according to criteria defined by the organizer (e.g. speed) or by drawing lots

At the end of the Challenge:

rewards will be awarded to the most consistent participants
as well as to those with the best cumulative results

Article 4: PrizesWinners will receive a prize after each quiz as well as at the end of the Challenge. These prizes will be defined, selected, funded, and sent by the organizing team of the Year of Quality (Quality Department and Communication Department) of the Group. The prizes:

may not be exchanged or refunded
may not give rise to any financial compensation

Article 5: Personal Data In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them, and may object to the processing of such data by writing to the following address: ANDROS – DPO – Zone Industrielle – 46130 Biars-sur-Cèreor at: DPO-Andros@andros.fr Persons who exercise their right to delete their data before the end of the Challenge will be deemed to have withdrawn from participation. Likewise, any winner who requests deletion of their data before the prize award date, making it impossible for the Organizer to contact them, will be deemed to have withdrawn from participation and from receiving their prize.Article 6: OthersParticipation in the Challenge implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying, or transferring information, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse, and the risk of infection by viruses circulating on the network.

Rules – Quality Challenge

ANDROS may not be held liable for malfunction of the website and/or the Challenge when using a given browser. ANDROS does not guarantee that the website and/or the Challenge will operate without interruption, that it contains no computer errors, or that any identified errors will be corrected. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Challenge, ANDROS reserves the right, where appropriate, to cancel and/or invalidate the session during which the malfunction occurred. No claims resulting from such action will be considered. ANDROS may not be held liable if a participant’s registration data does not reach it for a reason beyond its control (for example, an Internet connection issue for any reason on the user’s site, temporary failure of our servers for any reason, etc.) or if the data arrives in an unreadable or unprocessable form (for example, if the participant uses unsuitable hardware or software for registration, etc.). ANDROS reserves the right to exclude from this Challenge any person who disrupts its operation and to take action against any person who has cheated, deceived, falsified, or disrupted the operations described in these rules, or attempted to do so. Any winner who has cheated automatically forfeits all rights to any prize. Any information provided by the winner, including contact details, will be considered null and void and will not be taken into account if it contains inaccuracies. ANDROS may not be held liable for damages of any kind (personal, physical, material, financial, or otherwise) arising in connection with a player’s participation in the Challenge. Article 7: Acceptance of the RulesParticipation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules and of the rules of proper conduct on the Internet. Any practical difficulties in applying or interpreting them will be settled at the sole discretion of the organizers.
