When using degreasing products, wearing disposable latex gloves is mandatory. The disposal of soiled cloths, expired products and empty packaging must be handled in accordance with current regulations.

Precautions for use: The use of Alodine® must comply with the precautions required when handling acidic mixtures, including wearing gloves, goggles and an apron. The Alodine® stick must be stored vertically, cap up, to prevent clogging of the felt tip and product leakage through the cap. AVOID ANY CONTACT OF ALODINE®-BASED PRODUCTS WITH ORGANIC SOLVENTS: FLAMMABILITY RISK.

In case of inhalation exposure : In case of massive inhalation, take the patient to fresh air and keep them warm and at rest. In case of splashes or eye contact : Rinse thoroughly with clean fresh water for 15 minutes, keeping the eyelids open. Refer the person to an ophthalmologist, especially if redness, pain or visual discomfort occurs. In case of splashes or skin contact : Remove contaminated clothing and wash the skin thoroughly with water and soap or use a known cleanser. DO NOT use solvents or thinners. In case of ingestion : If the quantity ingested is small (no more than a mouthful), rinse the mouth with water and consult a doctor. In case of accidental ingestion, call a doctor to assess the need for monitoring and subsequent hospital treatment if necessary. Show the label.

Move away from the contaminated atmosphere and go into fresh air. If the person is unconscious, take them to fresh air, place in the recovery position, loosen clothing and keep warm and at rest.
Remove contaminated clothing if necessary. Wash immediately with copious water and soap. Do NOT use solvents or thinners.
Wash immediately and thoroughly with an eye wash solution or copious water (10 to 15 min), keeping the eyelids open.
- In case of accidental ingestion:
Keep at rest and consult a doctor promptly. Do not induce vomiting to avoid aspiration into the respiratory tract. Induce vomiting only on a doctor's recommendation.
