1. Production

1. Production

Total production: Total amount of product manufactured by the plant during the specified month, considering the total sum of all SKUs produced.

Insulation and Lightweight Materials (Fanosa)

Coatings

Adhesives

Total amount of virgin and recycled clean raw material (MR external) used in the plant, expressed in kilograms (kg). *Exclude internal MR, as it is considered reused waste.

Title

M3 of underground water extracted through drilled wells within or near the facilities that are concessioned to the plant. When there is more than one, add the total.

Own well

M3 of water supplied by tankers or other means for plant use, coming from a private provider regardless of the source of extraction.

M3 of water supplied by the public or municipal network. When payment is made by quota, the total guaranteed annually by the payment should be divided by 12 each month.

Potable third party

Municipal potable water

M3 of water extracted internally from sources not previously specified (examples: rivers, lakes, sea, lagoons).

M3 of water directly captured from rain and used for plant purposes (includes for production process, sanitary use, or others).

Surface source

Rainwater

Treated municipal/third-party

M3 of treated water supplied by the public network or a third party for plant use (includes for production process, sanitary use, or others).

3 cubic meters of water entering a production process and without subsequent treatment entering another production process (examples: chillers, cooling towers).

Reused or recirculated water

3 cubic meters of treated wastewater on-site through physical, chemical, or biological processes (example: treated process water from milling, grinding, glaze preparation, and sanitary).

Internal treated water

3 cubic meters of water discharged into the ground (example: septic tanks) or used for irrigation on-site.

Underground Discharge / Green Area Irrigation

3 cubic meters of water discharged directly into surface water bodies such as rivers, lakes, lagoons.

Discharge into Surface Water

3 cubic meters of water delivered to an authorized third party for treatment or final disposal (examples: public sewer or local drainage network).

Discharge with a Third Party
