You receive all the training you need from your dialysis center. A nurse is available 24/7 if you need help.

HHD lets you do the same type of treatment you receive in the center from the comfort of home.
Things to Consider About HHD
You’ll likely need a care partner to help you. They’ll be trained with you.
Training takes several weeks. You will not treat on your own until you feel ready.
Why Treat at Home?
Do dialysis on your schedule.
Typically, only go to the clinic 1-2x per month.
Treat in the comfort and privacy of your home.
