Bullying social Pode-se dizer que o bullying social é um tipo de bullying verbal, com a diferença de que esta forma de intimidação tem o potencial de isolar ou excluir a vítima do grupo. Ignorar alguém de forma intencional e constante pode configurar bullying social. Ele é frequente nas escolas, onde não é incomum a formação de “panelinhas”. Esses pequenos grupos, ao mesmo tempo que agregam pessoas, também têm seus mecanismos de exclusão.

3. Cyberbullying

Sim, o cyberbullying é considerado crime, com penalidades que variam conforme a legislação e a gravidade da conduta. Em Portugal Embora o cyberbullying não seja um crime autônomo no Código Penal português, as condutas correspondentes são puníveis. Dependendo da ação, podem ser enquadradas como crimes de ameaça, coação, perseguição, difamação, injúria, devassa da vida privada, devassa por meio de informática e gravações ou fotografias ilícitas. Agressores maiores de 16 anos estão sujeitos à lei penal; menores de 12 a 16 anos podem ser aplicadas medidas educativas, e menores de 12 anos são protegidos pela Lei de Promoção e Proteção de Crianças e Jovens em Perigo
