(2) Ask AI About Priority AI Prompts (AI inception!) Use ChatGPT, Gemini, or the AI Sales Assistant to ask for advice on what kinds of AI prompts the target client should be prioritizing for their business. Try the prompt below for a target client (or any tech company as a test) to see what it comes back with:

3) Review Current TA Coverage of their Brand Use the TA Brand Search tool (also listed on the Sales Tools page in the RE Portal!) to find instances of where we are already referencing their brand across our network. Look for articles that showcase coverage in recommended product lists, vendor comparisons, etc. that may be helpful to include in your initial messaging. Go one step further and do some AI searches for prompts that closely align with the topics of those articles to see if they answers mention their brand and if TA's page is cited as a source.

I'm doing account research to help me pitch our AI Discoverability solution to [Brand] with a focus on helping them improve their AI search visibility for queries related to their [Category/Product] solutions. Our AI Discoverability solution is designed to help tech brands get included in more AI answers by referencing them in authoritative content across our media network. Review [Brand]'s website and recent content, articles, and press releases to determine what key categories or solution areas they are currently focused on for their brand. Look for evidence of any recent updates or shifts in their positioning strategy and any topics that they are writing about consistently. Based on this, give me a summary of which AI prompts you believe they should be trying to rank for, to ensure they are being cited by AI search engines for the key prompts that are most relevant to their business, products, and topics they are trying to be an authority on. Also provide a brief summary of how well they are currently performing for the key prompts and where they may have opportunity for improvement. Also provide a few ideas for prospecting emails to pique their attention based on how we may be help them get their brand included in some of these key prompts.

Why is this important? If we are already covering a brand in buyer's guides and related articles, they should be a strong candidate for AI Discoverability. And if you discover that we are showing up as a source for one of their current mentions, that is a great insight to share with the client (i.e. "we're already helping you show up for prompts like XYZ, we'd love to do more!")

Use the collected insights to draft more compelling prospecting messaging and to form well-educated questions during the initial discovery call.

The answers should give you some directional guidance on which AI prompts may be important to their business and where they may be opportunities for improvement. Use these insights to form crafty outreach asking if it's important for their brand to show up AI Answers for prompts related to ABC, or to specifically note that we may be able to help them rank for prompts like XYZ.
