I honestly just want to say how grateful I am to work alongside you. This job has definitely had its challenges, and having someone as supportive, dependable, and genuinely kind as you beside me has made a huge difference. You've been such a steady and level-headed presence through the stressful moments, and everything in between. You are incredibly hardworking, thoughtful, and honestly one of the people who keeps things going more than you realize. I admire the way you handle situations and the way you show up for our team and trainees. I know firsthand that that takes a lot of strength and patience, and you deserve the recognition for that! I am so proud of everything that you have accomplished over these three years, and I hope you know how appreciated you are- not just for the work that you do, but for the person that you are.
