Considère que l'étiquette est comme la carte d'identité de la pièce : elle seule dicte les besoins réels de la matière. N'oublie pas que l'étiquette est le manuel d'entretien que la cliente emporte avec elle ; en la lui montrant, tu lui donnes les clés pour prendre soin de sa pièce en toute autonomie.

C’est une preuve officielle qu’un produit, un service ou une organisation respecte des règles définies. Ces règles sont fixées à l’avance (normes), et un organisme indépendant vérifie qu’elles sont bien respectées.

L'étiquette de composition,
Considère que l'étiquette est comme la carte d'identité de la pièce : elle seule dicte les besoins réels de la matière. N'oublie pas que l'étiquette est le manuel d'entretien que la cliente emporte avec elle ; en la lui montrant, tu lui donnes les clés pour prendre soin de sa pièce en toute autonomie.

LES BIJOUX
Le geste : Éviter l'eau, le parfum et les cosmétiques. Ranger dans le pochonL'argument : Le bijou est la touche finale, il doit être le dernier que l'on met et le premier que l'on retire.
LE DÉLICAT
Le geste : Filet de lavage, essorage minimum et repassage sur l'envers. L'argument : La vapeur est son meilleur allié pour retrouver sa fluidité sans abîmer la fibre.

LA MAILLE
Le geste : Lavage à la main, eau (20°c) et séchage à plat obligatoire. L'argument : C'est une matière vivante qui a besoin de respirer, aérer la au maximum et lavez la à la main 1 à 2 fois par saison.
LA MAROQUINERIE
Le geste : Imperméabiliser (à distance !) et hydrater le cuir lisseL'argument : Le cuir se patine avec le temps, l'imperméabilisant est son bouclier contre les imprévus.
Apprends à expliquer que nos matières sont vivantes : une maille qui rejette son surplus de fibre ou un cuir qui se marque ne s’usent pas, ils se patinent et gagnent en caractère avec le temps.

C'est une certification indépendante la plus exigeante pour assurer le caractère biologique des textiles depuis la récolte des matières premières jusqu’à l’étiquetage. Elle inclut des critères environnementaux et sociaux et assure, comme Oeko-Tex Standard 100, des garanties d’innocuité totale au-delà de la réglementation européenne. Forest Stewrdship Council (FRS)
C'est une certification qui atteste de la gestion durable des forêts d’où provient la pulpe de bois utilisée pour la fabrication de notre viscose. Elle garantit également une traçabilité totale.
OEKO-TEX
Ce label qualité garantit l’absence totale de substances chimiques nocives dans les produits textiles, au-delà des exigences réglementaires européennes. L’ensemble de nos pièces, certifiées ou non, sont exemptes de produits chimiques et sont testées pour cela, mais la certification vient l’attester indépendamment.
Lenzing Ecovero*
La viscose est obtenue à partir de pulpe de bois provenant de sources certifiées éco responsables et contrôlées via un procédé de fabrication totalement traçable. *LENZING™ et ECOVERO™ sont des marques déposées de Lenzing AG.
