Complete a Redaction Request

Click anywhere to start.

When a redaction request is made, a compliance request is emailed to Compliance Administrators. Click Review and action them to go to Redaction Requests in Gladly.

This opens Redaction Requests showing pending redactions. For rows showing Type is Customer redaction, click More actions ⋮.

Click View customer to go their Customer Profile.

Next to the customer's name, open the More actions ⋮ menu

Click Delete Customer to remove the Customer's data from Gladly to satisfy the redaction request.

Confirm deletion.

Return to the requests table by going to Settings > Redaction Requests.

Locate the customer that was deleted, and hover to access the More actions ⋮ menu

Click Mark completed to update the audit trail on the redaction-request row.

Confirm the completion.
