Summer menu 2026
This year, Starbucks shifted focus from berries to tropical fruits. They brought back the Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and the Horchata Frappuccino Blended Beverage. Their new refresher is a Tropical Butterfly Lemonade Refresher and the Butterfly Drink with guava, passionfruit, and
mango-pineapple popping boba. Like last year, the Butterfly Drink is the refresher with added coconut milk. This year the cake pop is a unicorn cake pop.

This menu featured the repeat item the Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher and the Summer Skies drink. The refresher featured flavors of raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry with raspberry popping boba and the Summer Skies drink had a coconutty addition. With the berry theme, they added a new Strawberries and Cream Cake Pop. They also added an Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and an Horchata Frappuccino Blended Beverage.
