Facial and body's prosthesis

Soldiers from the First World War often came back with physical and facial deformities, which severely impacted their social stability. Therefore, a French surgeon created these prostheses to help deformed soldiers live more comfortably. The body prostheses were primarily made of iron or wood, but the facial ones were made of galvanized copper sheeting, painted to match the patient's skin tone, and at first glance, it appeared as if nothing had happened. More than 1400 soldiers used the facial prothesis after the war.

So much people died

There are so much soldiers who don't came from the war, because they died in "no man's land", because they are sick or because on a mission a Germany's soldier kill him.In that age, there is a lot of people who died in a war, but in WW2 there are more people who died. There are 40 million people died in total. How we can see in the movie "1917", is common see soldiers died in bombs hole or in a river... etc.

the biggest 4 impires collapsed

Russian Empire (1917): Military losses and famine led to the February Revolution. Tsar Nicholas II abdicated, the Bolsheviks seized power, and founded the Soviet Union. Austro-Hungarian Empire (1918): War exhaustion sparked rebellions among its ethnic minorities. The empire dissolved into multiple countries, including Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Austria, and Hungary. German Empire (1918): The Allied economic blockade and a workers' revolution forced the abdication of Kaiser Wilhelm II. The Weimar Republic was established, and the Treaty of Versailles stripped the country of its colonies and territories.

Europe recolocation

The border changes compared to Europe in 1914 were significant: France recovered Alsace and Lorraine; Italy took over South Tyrol; Poland was reborn at the expense of Austrian, Russian, and German territory; Romania annexed a large part of Hungarian territory.

Russia become a a communist country

It emerged from the Bolshevik faction of the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party, from which it split under the leadership of Vladimir Lenin and spearheaded the October Revolution of 1917, which overthrew the Russian Provisional Government and established the world's first socialist state (the Russian SFSR). Due to its central role in the Constitution of the Soviet Union, the Party controlled all levels of government in the Soviet Union and tolerated no opposition. Its organization was subdivided into the communist parties of the constituent Soviet republics, as well as the Komsomol, the mass youth organization. The party was also the driving force behind the Third International.
