REFORESTACION
CONCLUSION
La comunidad busca implementar medios de cuidado al ambiente, pero considero que deben ser constantes y no solo por temporada ya que si no hay un seguimiento podria no funcionar. Reforestar es una disciplina ya que se debe ser constante, por los cuidados que conlleva.
Values in practice
Our values guide real decisions, not just speeches.
Values help us prioritize, understand how we expect actions to be taken, and maintain a consistent way of working, even in contexts of change or pressure. In practice, this means that values are reflected in how we collaborate, how we give feedback, how we take responsibility, and how we face mistakes. It's not about doing everything perfectly, but about acting honestly, responsibly, and aligned with what we stand for as a team. When doubts arise, values do not close the debate: they open it and make it clearer.
Team culture
Useful meetings, direct communication, and balance.
We try to make meetings useful and goal-oriented, and avoid them when they do not add value. We respect people's time and prioritize direct communication to resolve doubts, make decisions, and move forward without unnecessary friction.
Who is who
Clear teams, defined roles, and cross-functional collaboration.

We hope you are curious, ask questions when something is not clear, and are interested in understanding how and why things are done. We are not looking for people who know everything, but those who are eager to learn, contribute, and improve over time. We also value clear communication and responsibility in daily work. Saying what you think, fulfilling commitments, and notifying when something is not right are part of the game. With that, everything flows much better. We will offer you the same: support, honest feedback, growth, and transparency.
What we expect from you
Curiosity, communication, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.

RULES BASIC
Clear communication, respect, and common sense.
Here we try to keep things simple: clear communication, respect in interactions, and common sense in actions. If something is not understood, ask. If something doesn't work, say so. And if something affects the team, take it into account. You don't need a hundred-page manual to live well. With clarity, respect, and consistency, most situations resolve themselves.
FEEDBACK
Constructive
Bidirectional
Frequent
Feedback is part of the work; it is not a one-time thing nor reserved for a formal meeting. We give and receive it regularly, aiming to improve, not to criticize. We hope it is constructive and direct, always respectful. Here, feedback is bidirectional: not only will you receive it, but we also expect you to share it. It is a tool for growth, not a judgment.
First days
You will meet people, understand processes and start contributing.
In your first days, you will meet key people, understand how processes work, and start getting involved in real tasks. You won't be watching from outside: you'll be part of it from the beginning. You don't need to master everything immediately. The goal is to understand the context, ask questions, and start contributing step by step. The important thing is not speed, but making progress with purpose.
Initial agenda
Meetings, exploration, and time to ask questions.
The first days will be designed for you to settle in well: some key meetings, time to explore tools, and real space to ask questions. Not everything will be running and producing from day one.

Who to ask
Manager, buddy, or HR.
If you have questions, don't keep them to yourself. Your manager is your main reference, your buddy is there to accompany you in daily life, and the HR team can help you with any organizational matter.
If you're only going to remember 3 things from this presentation:
You don't need to know everything today.
The team is here to help you.
Your work matters.
Now yes: welcome
Thank you for joining Genially.
We want you to understand the context before speeding up. You will have moments to listen, others to participate, and enough margin to organize ideas and start confidently.
