People are more likely to learn and remember if they are doing things during your session. Make sure to prepare engaging activities that allow practice, discussion, application, etc. When training virtually, tools like Teams Breakout Rooms, Pear Deck, Padlet, Mentimeter, PowerPoint Live, and many others can help give participants lots of oportunities to do things during your session. Remember, at GOAL we try to do as little "sit and get" presenting as possible! Click the plus sign for more facilitator tips.
