Tutto quello che ho appreso nei progetti tornerà utile sempre, gestire le emozioni, non mollare e cogliere i segni sbagliati. Ma non solo per aiutare me, ma anche gli altri: so tanti modi per gestire un attacco di panico, ansia, rabbia; e ora grazie a quel progetto so anche riconoscere i segnali (vittimismo, sensi di colpa, violena, manipolazione, ecc) che possono mettere in pericolo chi mi sta intorno.
Abilità
Ho imparato a gestire le mie emozioni da sola, a differenza dell'anno scorso. L'estate scorsa ho iniziato un percorso dalla psicologa perchè non riuscivo ad autogestirmi sia con l'ansia sia con la rabbia. Ho lasciato lo sport per la troppa rabbia e ho ripreso quest'anno.Con la psicologa ho chiuso ma per mia scelta e non mi pento di averla fatta nonostante ho avuto alti e bassi anche quest'anno. H o appreso tanto dai progetti utili che abbiamo fatto e sentire parlare esperti di emozioni e sentimenti mi ha aiutato tanto.

Conoscienze
A livello scolastico non ho ancora appreso qualcosa, se non "mai arrendersi" davanti a un fallimento o a un votaccio, perchè con impegno e costanza si risolve tutto( con la disponibilità del prof). Ma c'è stato un progetto che parlava di femminicidio e non solo, molto interessante, che mi ha insegnato a non ignorare i piccoli segnali che possono portare a grandi problematiche,ma non solo per proteggermi ma anche per saper proteggere chi mi sta intorno.
