Narcisist trauma is an emotional wound caused by toxic and manipulative relationships.The victim experiences criticism, devaluation and emotional control that damages self-esteem and personal confidence.

Victims of narcissistic trauma may feel emotionally exhausted and mentally overwhelmed; they may develop:

  • chronic stress
  • fear of abandonment and rejection
