COFFEE ARENA As tradition continues, the Coffee Arena will once again host the Italian Barista Championships. Coffee professionals will compete across seven national finals, all serving as qualifying events for the World Coffee Events (WCE) global championships, organized in collaboration with the Specialty Coffee Association.
The Gelato Europe Cup returns to SIGEP World 2027! The Gelato Europe Cup selects the best European teams of gelato masters and pastry chefs who will compete in the 12th edition of the Gelato World Cup, the world’s most prestigious international team competition dedicated to the industry, scheduled to take place at SIGEP World 2028.
PASTRY ARENA The Signature Luxury Pastry Experience: the name of the new exclusive format hosted within the Pastry Arena, dedicated to international haute pâtisserie and the evolving language of luxury hospitality. The experience will feature pastry chefs from some of the world’s most prestigious hotel chains and hospitality brands, guiding the audience through an immersive journey spanning signature breakfast, gourmet brunch, lunch experiences and afternoon breaks. Through live demonstrations, creative storytelling and insightful discussions, the format explores the evolution of the contemporary pastry experience, bringing together technique, aesthetics, service and innovation.
