Professional advice

“Find something you're really good at because you're really good at something and you invest enough time and energy, you can become great at it,” Galloway said. “Being great at anything creates passion,” Galloway said. “It's mastery that creates passion.”

Social advice

“Try and make as many friends, try and take risks, express friendship, express romantic interests while making someone feel safe,” Galloway said. Your job is to find as many friends and potential mates as possible in your 20s,” Galloway said.

AI advice

“The only thing I think you can do is really understand AI, become facile at it or become sort of skilled and become like a ninja with it,” Galloway said. “Be as social as possible because AI won't be able to replace relationships,” Galloway said.

Take risks

“Apply for jobs you’re not qualified for,” Galloway said. “Apply to schools that you shouldn’t get into,” Galloway said. Express friendship with people that for whatever reason you think are cooler than you,” Galloway said. Approach and ask out on a date someone you think is out of your league,” Galloway said.

Mourn and move on

“When you get your heartbroken or you get fired or you don't get into a school that you wanted or you lose some money on an investment, forgive yourself,” Galloway said. "At the end of your life or when you're older, you're not going to be upset about what happened to you,” Galloway said. “You're going to be upset about how hard on yourself you were.”
