The Golden Rule: How to Regroup!
When the bottom number is bigger than the top number, we need help! The golden rule is to borrow 10 from your neighbor to the left. If you borrow 1 ten, you get 10 ones. If you borrow 1 hundred, you get 10 tens. Once you've regrouped, you have enough to subtract and continue your Math Quest!
