I’d like to read “Exploring the Impacts of Artificial Intelligence on Society” because AI is becoming important in many careers, and I want to better understand its effects. (Link to the left.) I would like to participate in Colorado’s Online Math Professional Development because it offers practical strategies to improve math instruction and support student learning. (Link to the left.)

Charachter Trait Scavnger Hunt & Stereotype Activity
Build life skills: I hosted a scavenger hunt activity during advisory where students found real-life examples of the character traits we discussed throughout the semester. The activity was very successful because it helped students connect social-emotional learning concepts to everyday situations. Create awareness: I implemented an activity focused on overcoming stereotypes. Students were given scenarios that are often stereotyped, such as “a boy wants to join the dance team.” They identified possible assumptions people might make, discussed why those assumptions can be harmful, and then came up with more positive and realistic explanations. The activity encouraged empathy, open-mindedness, and respectful discussion.

Acehievment
The biggest challenge I faced in the program was managing my time while balancing coursework, teaching responsibilities, and personal commitments. I overcame it by creating a consistent schedule, breaking large assignments into smaller tasks, and staying organized. Over time, I became much more efficient at planning ahead and meeting deadlines.
