Pratiqué dans des sphéristèresce jeu oppose deux équipes de quatre joueurs: le batteur, l’épaule et deux arrières.
Jacques Débart appelle le roi du balle au poing parce qu' il a marqué la balle à une distance record de 59 mètres.
Aujourd’hui le roi incontesté du ballon au poing en Italie est mon ami Massimo Vacchetto.

Massimo Berruti quando ha finito la carriera da giocatore si è dedicato all'arte, una passione che aveva fin da quando era bambino. Ha avuto un ottimo successo.
L'aerografo è uno strumento utilizzato per spruzzare colore nebulizzato cioè la riduzione del liquido in gocce. È utilizzato tramite aria compressa.

La preparazione fisica
I bicipiti e tricipiti sono situati nel braccio e si chiamano antagonisti. Il bicipite è un muscolo flessore mentre il tricipite estensore.
Essenziali i quadricipiti posti nella parte anteriore della coscia. Sono importanti per dare la spinta sulle gambe e compiere scatti veloci
Fondamentale allenare il diaframma e la respirazione visto che le partite possono durare anche più di tre ore.
I Mondiali a Mendoza
L'Italia quest'anno ha deciso di partecipare ai campionati del Mondo. Tra questi giocatori c'è stato anche un partecipante di Neive: Francesco Pola.
Mendoza è conosciuta soprattutto per la produzione di un ottimo vino e la città offre dei giri in bicicletta tra le vigne.
Mendoza è una città situata in Argentina nel centro-occidente ai piedi delle montagne delle Ande.
One wall
One wall is a sport which is considered part of FIPAP and it's created to join the sports similar to handball.
To win the match you have to play two setf of 21 points. In case of a tie, 1-1 sets, a third set is played
The One wall field isn't very big because is 11 metres long and 6 metres large but the wall is very big.
