Learning should build confidence, not just fill a Thursday afternoon...
People don't learn by clicking through slides. They learn by trying, noticing, choosing, and discovering. So I stopped making slides and started making things people actually interact with. I help teams, trainers, and designers make sense of Genially and apply interactive learning in practical ways from testing new approaches to designing simple AI-powered widgets your team can customize (no engineers required!) Before L&D, I spent years running a bookkeeping firm, opening businesses, and running a construction company. That background means I help design for real business environments, not theoretical best practices. I know what it's like when training falls short leaving managers handling too much or staff feeling unprepared. Your training has to actually work not just look great in a demo and collect dust after it goes live.
