Time Commitment:
Meets once a month for an hour.
May also be asked to attend meetings with donors and review campaign materials online.
Busy times of the year tend to be Mar-Apr (preparing for Give Big) and Sept-Oct (preparing for end-of-year annual appeal)

Responsibilities:
Reviews financial reports monthly
Provides oversight of expenditures
Makes investment recommendations to the BOD
Helps draft annual budget
Helps prepare annual impact report
Time Commitment:
Meets monthly for 1 to 1.5 hours with other ad hoc meetings as needed (e.g. meetings with bank officials)

Responsibilities:
Arrive early to unlock, set up the space and welcome the facilitator
Greet attendees, orient to the space, introduce the facilitator
Make a dana announcement
Make sure meditation hall is reset; lock up
Zoom hosts: open the room, admit attendees, monitor for questions
Time Commitment: Event time plus an additional 1-2 hours (pre- and post-event)

Prepares yearly calendar of community events, classes, one-day, half-day, and multi-day retreats with local and visiting teachers
Develops and maintains a weekly schedule of drop-in sits, groups’ programs and activities
Makes sure all lineages are represented as much as possible
Receives and fields requests for rentals4
Time Commitment:
One hour meeting monthly4
Additional discussions may take place via email in between meetings as events require

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operational stability and financial wellbeing of the BDC.
Set long-term priorities and ensure adherence to the Center’s mission, values, and diversity statements and state and federal legal requirements of nonprofits
Time Commitment:
One 1.5 hour meeting once a month
Time to prepare for each meeting
Email responses as needed
One board retreat once a year (2 hour Friday night + 7 hour Saturday meeting)

Clean floor in meditation hall
Clean cushions and mats
