The year is 2055. Society has backslid to such a degree that demonic activity is more prevalant than ever. The vast majority of people have no particular faith so it mainly goes unnoticed. Due to this, degeneracy and other sinful behaviours are not just more present in the population but a lot more extreme. A group of clergy (regardless of denomination) have tasked themselves with attempting to rid places of concern of this infernal activity (referenced simply as 'dark energy') in an attempt to try and at least, lessen the problem. To try and eradicate as much temptation as they can in an already immoral society.

John 3 You Must Be Born Again
3 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him.” 3 Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 4 Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?” 5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” 9 Nicodemus said to him, “How can these things be?” 10 Jesus answered him, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you do not understand these things? 11 Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen, but you do not receive our testimony. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?

13 No one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man. 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life. For God So Loved the World
16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

John the Baptist Exalts Christ
22 After this Jesus and his disciples went into the Judean countryside, and he remained there with them and was baptizing. 23 John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because water was plentiful there, and people were coming and being baptized 24 (for John had not yet been put in prison).
25 Now a discussion arose between some of John's disciples and a Jew over purification. 26 And they came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, he who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you bore witness—look, he is baptizing, and all are going to him.”

27 John answered, “A person cannot receive even one thing unless it is given him from heaven. 28 You yourselves bear me witness, that I said, ‘I am not the Christ, but I have been sent before him.’ 29 The one who has the bride is the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete. 30 He must increase, but I must decrease.” 31 He who comes from above is above all. He who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony.

33 Whoever receives his testimony sets his seal to this, that God is true. 34 For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure. 35 The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.

ANYHOW, LET'S GET INVOLVED. Let's arm ourselves with The word.

The Gospel of John Continues Following the miracle at the wedding in Cana, Jesus took bold action in the Temple by disrupting the commercial activities there. He fashioned a whip from cords and drove out the livestock, overturned the tables of the money changers (scattering their coins), and declared, “Stop turning my Father’s house into a marketplace!” This dramatic event led to a direct challenge from the Jewish religious authorities. We now continue with the events recorded in John chapter 3. Background on the Pharisees and the Sanhedrin
In response to the shifting religious and political landscape, several new groups of leaders emerged. By the time of Jesus, the Pharisees had become one of the most prominent.
>
They were devout scholars who diligently followed the laws of the Old Testament, along with a complex system of additional traditions and rules they had developed. Because of their strict observance and teaching, the Jewish people held them in high regard, granting them significant influence in social, religious, and political matters. The Pharisees often took considerable pride in their status and knowledge.
In this passage, Nicodemus is described as a “ruler of the Jews,” indicating he was a member of the elite group of 70 leaders known as the Sanhedrin—the supreme Jewish council that governed Israel in religious and civil affairs.
<
>
The Sanhedrin operated under the oversight of Herod, who in turn answered to the Roman emperor. A Roman governor and military forces were also present in the region to maintain control.
Think about it The Son of God is the Light of the world, and all who look to Him are saved. However, humanity lives in spiritual darkness and often chooses to remain there rather than come into the light.

1:(John 3:3-15) How would you summarise Jesus’ reply in verse 3? Did it come across as strange or unexpected at first? What idea does the image of “birth” communicate?
2:How did Nicodemus reply in verses 4 and 9? Did he grasp what Jesus was saying?
3:Have you ever known someone who started a fresh relationship with God? How would you describe the change God brought into their life?
Scripture

<
2:Who in your life might need to turn to Christ? Is there anyone you know who especially needs Him right now?
1:Do you believe in Christ? Be honest. Why or why not?
Are you sure you want to exit?
3:What would it look like in practice for you to help guide others toward the light?

>
NO
YES
Answer guidelines:
1:The concept of birth serves as one of several powerful New Testament images describing what takes place when a person puts their trust in Jesus Christ.
2:Nicodemus failed to understand Jesus’ teaching about the need for spiritual rebirth. It’s possible he placed too much confidence in his own Jewish ancestry and religious heritage.

Good work Sister.
good job I have my codebreaker, then.
Just so you know, I think the safe room on this floor is locked.
will do. I'll get started
Good to know! Let me know when you've removed the encryption and I'll hack into the firmware.
It's a mag-lock so it shouldn't be too difficult to open.
The codebreaker needs to be placed on the door for it to work. try somewhere near the lock system. Once it's placed properly it'll start automatically. simply copy the patterns it shows you to complete the process.

Background on the Pharisees and the Sanhedrin In response to the shifting religious and political landscape, several new groups of leaders emerged.
>
>

2:Who in your life might need to turn to Christ? Is there anyone you know who especially needs Him right now?

Are you sure you want to exit?

Answer guidelines:
1:The concept of birth serves as one of several powerful New Testament images describing what takes place when a person puts their trust in Jesus Christ.
2:Nicodemus failed to understand Jesus’ teaching about the need for spiritual rebirth. It’s possible he placed too much confidence in his own Jewish ancestry and religious heritage.

John 3 You Must Be Born Again 3 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.

For God So Loved the World 16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

John the Baptist Exalts Christ 22 After this Jesus and his disciples went into the Judean countryside, and he remained there with them and was baptizing.

(optional) Skip safe room
