At the top are Role, Candidate, Interviewer, & Date.

These are typable, open text boxes where you fill in the corresponding information.

Next, are the Opening Questions.
  • These are drop down selections of the opening questions found on the Universal Guide.
  • You’ll choose 2 questions to open up the interview with to get the candidate talking.
Then, you’ll see Equinox’s 5 Competencies.
  • This is a drop down where you will select 4-5 questions.
  • These probe the candidate for our company values.

Role Specific Interview Questions are the sections where the interview becomes role-dependent.

For this example, we are looking at the prep sheet for the Assistant General Manager role.

  • ALL roles will have the option to select 3 questions via drop down.
  • The questions found here will be different depending upon which role you are interviewing for (also found on the Universal Interview Guide).

If applicable, you may see Roleplay/Scenario.

Should your department have this as part of the interiew process, they will be listed here. There's no selection to be made.

The Giving of information & Closing the interview.

In this section you will see open text boxes to type the information you should provide the candidate that will change per position. This will include:

  • The position, expectations, and compensation
  • The decision timeline

Lastly is your Notes section.
  • This typable open text box will enable you to type questions of your own.
  • You can have multi-line text, meaning, feel free to hit "Enter" on your keyboard to type text on a new line.
