For this project, we created a storyboard that would be used for planning a longer-form video. Here were my goals with my storyboard: 1. My project for next week will educate students on how to utilize APA Psych Info to help them find academic sources efficiently and accurately, using key search words and the other assets APA Psych Info has. 2. I expect students to know how to find the filters on the database, how to use key search words, and how to navigate the database generally.

Concluding Summary

During this course, I learned many cool, useful ways to use tools to create better learning experiences. I can totally see myself making more infographics and using Genially more. Overall, I think courses like these are critical for understanding how to create better, more accessible ways to teach and learn for all students. I hope that through my media projects, college students can learn different tricks, such as note-taking, the academic resources they have access to, and how an academic paper may be formatted, and that this can somewhat ease the college experience.

Thank you!

This video is about how to access APA PsycInfo. I give some brief information on how to use this, but the objective is to be able to properly find APA psych info using the UIC library website.

This video gives information about potential student discounts and benefits you can receive if you are in college. I give two resources you can access and explain how to begin using them. The objective is to learn how you can find and access student discounts using your college email.
