New Users receive an activation email from First Citizens Bank with a Username and a link to activate.

You will click on the Activate Account button to start the process.

Muti Factor Authentication (MFA)
MFA provides an extra level of security by requiring users to present two or more ways of confirming user identity.
- The setup security methods page will open.
- Multiple MFA options are available to choose from such as: Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, and Phone authentication.
- MFA setup MUST be completed during the initial login.
- While FCB recommends you use two forms of MFA, you are only required to choose one.
- Select a device by clicking Set up.

- Once the MFA is selected, follow the instructions to set up.
- When set up is complete, click on Continue.

You are now routed to the FirstCitizens.com home page.
- Change the login type to Other Services
- Then select First Citizens Cash Manger
- Enter your username and password
- Complete the MFA Verification
The Create Password page will open. Click Set up.
Enter a new password and re-enter to confirm. Password requirements are listed. Click Next.
