Airfryer
Did you know that the Airfryer was created in 2006 by a Dutch engineer, called Fred van der Weji? He was looking for healthier ways to cook crispy food.
Advantages
Did you know that an Airfryer uses -70% to -80% than tradicional deep fryers? That also reduces the calorie and fat content of your meals, which can be helpful to those who are on diets and going to the gym.
Due to their small size and very powerful fans they preheat and cook food extreamly faster than convintional ovens.
Disadvantages
Although they are powerful, it´s their small capacity for food that will be the first disadvantage that I will be bringing to the table.
While they produce a crispy exterior, they cannot perfectly replicate the exact texture and taste of deep-fried food. They are also unsuitable for foods with wet, homemade batters, as the liquid will drip through the basket, which will stain the airfryer, which I'm positive no one would like that.
