FACTS!!! click on the heart of your choice

Thank you for playing this game. There was never a “correct” choice. Only different sacrifices, different rewards, and different versions of success. Some people will choose balance and protect the life they are building outside of work. Some people will choose devotion and pour everything into the career they dream of creating. Both paths come with growth. Both paths come with consequences. And both paths require you to give something up in order to gain something else. The truth is, work-life balance is not one universal rule. It changes depending on your goals, your values, your season of life, and the future you want for yourself. At the end of the day, success is not about becoming Riya #1 or Riya #2. It is about being honest with yourself about who you are, what you want, and what you are willing to sacrifice to get there. Because the life you build will always reflect the choices you repeatedly make.

Riya #1 Work-Life Balance Path Research on workplace well-being shows that maintaining work-life balance can reduce stress, improve mental health, and lower the chances of burnout. Experts argue that constantly staying connected to work can emotionally and physically exhaust employees over time. - Mayo Clinic Burnout Research Studies about burnout explain that overworking for extended periods can cause employees to lose motivation, passion, and energy for the work they once enjoyed. Burnout has also been linked to anxiety, sleep problems, and emotional exhaustion. -University of Utah Health Burnout Study Modern workplace research shows that younger generations increasingly value flexibility, balance, and personal well-being alongside professional success. Many employees today prioritize happiness and mental peace just as much as salary or promotions. - The Happiness Index Research

Riya #2 Work-Life Balance Path Career development research suggests that employees who show initiative, curiosity, and extra effort early in their careers are often viewed as more committed and motivated by employers. Going beyond assigned responsibilities can sometimes lead to faster learning and stronger professional relationships. Research on motivation and fulfillment shows that people often feel satisfied working long hours when their work strongly aligns with their personal goals, passions, and future ambitions. In these situations, effort can feel meaningful rather than exhausting. Studies on achievement frequently highlight sacrifice, persistence, and delayed gratification as common traits among highly successful individuals. Many experts argue that achieving long-term goals often requires temporary discomfort or giving up short-term comfort.
