This is the entrance to the condominium where the room is located.
Entrance to the condominium and parking: To enter use the "pedestrian door" you must open it with the code shared automatically in the Airbnb chat at 3pm, remember to close the door properly. If you are driving, it is PROHIBITED to park or unload luggage in the neighbor's garage across the street, but you can park on the stree blocking our condominium's garage, or on the streets that cross, which are wider for parking. Upon entering, you'll find a second glass door; only the one on the right side opens. It has the same smart system, and the code is the same for both doors. To exit, there are two buttons in the hallway on one side of the glass door.
Room entrance:
Entering through the hallway on the right, take the stairs directly in front of the elevator. You'll find your room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. It's marked with your number at the top and has a smart lock. To open, you need to touch the panel so the numbers light up, enter the code we shared through the reservation platform or email, and finish by clicking the open lock button at the bottom right.
IMPORTANT: Do not touch the internal sliding button of the lock. If you leave the lock on the inside, you will not be able to enter the room as it will block the entry code.
TV
Smart-tv with apps installed to log in to your account. It can be moved with direction. Be very careful when moving it, so as not to touch the panel.
This remote turns on your TV, press the red button on the top left. With it, you can access Netflix, YouTube, and Samsung TV. You can also use the home button to view all the apps.
WIFI
To use the wifi just scan this QR code.

In the drawers under the sink you will find a hair dryer. Please take care of the towels, do not use them to remove makeup or they will have to be charged for the purchase of new ones.

In the shower there are dispensers for shampoo and body soap.

CLEANING
Reservations of more than 7 nights: We will do one simple cleaning (sweep, mop and dust) during your stay. Reservations of more than 15 nights: We will do a general cleaning with a change of linen and towels along with simple cleaning once a week. Both cleanings will alternate according to the calendar and availability, it is an additional service that is not mandatory for both parties.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Delivery people like UberEats, Rappi, or any other service. They are NOT allowed to enter the building. You have to go down to the lobby (reception) to receive. In the same way, the cars of Uber, Didi, etc. you will have to wait for them or get them off outside the building, they can NOT enter the parking lots. We hope you understand this, as it is for your safety and the other inhabitants of the building..

Departure: before 11:00 am.
Please turn off all the lights, tv, a/c.
Make sure to leave the stove off and all the taps closed.
Close windows, terrace door and the apartment door.
