This is the entrance to the condominium where the room is located. The access code is automatically sent at 3pm via chat on the platform where you made the reservation. Entrance to the condo and parking: If you are driving, you can park on the street right in front of the condominium or on the streets that cross. To enter, you need to open the door with the code shared in the Airbnb chat and finish pressing the checkmark (enter button) in the bottom left corner. Remember to close the door properly.
Room entrance: Upon entering, you will see the rooms with their designated number above, First level rooms 1 to 6. Second level rooms 7 and 8. Third floor are rooms 13 to 18.
To enter, you need to open the safe with the code that was shared in your reservation chat.
In case of lost keys, they cost $500 pesos.

Smart-tv with apps installed to log in to your account.
With it you can access Netflix, YouTube, Samsung TV, etc. To access your account in any streaming app.

CLEANING
Reservations longer than 7 nights: We will do a general cleaning with a change of linens along with a simple cleaning once a week.
Cleanings will alternate according to the calendar and availability, it is an additional service that is not mandatory for both parties.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Delivery people like UberEats, Rappi, or any other service. They are NOT allowed to enter the building. You have to go down to receive. In the same way, the cars of Uber, Didi, etc. you will have to wait for them or get them off outside the building. We hope you understand this, as it is for your safety and the other inhabitants of the building.
Blender
Make sure the blender is connected to the power. To turn it on, use the first button on the left side. If you want to add more power press the buttons to the right as you want the speed.
Kitchen
In the drawer of the kitchen are jars containing coffee, sugar and tea. Feel free to consume it, there is no extra cost.
Stove
The stove ignites by pressing and turning the key at the same time. When you stop using it, make sure to close well all keys to prevent gas from escaping.
Coffee Maker
Lift the lid and add the paper filter then coffee in the filter, add water in its container that is behind the filter.Turn the coffee maker on by pressing the button on the side. When it is on, a red light will come. Don't forget to remove the filter to throw away the coffee remains when you're done.
Bathroom
TOWELS
In the drawers under the sink you will find a hair dryer. Also there is a clothes iron in the closet of the room. Please take care of the towels, do not use them to remove makeup or they will have to be charged for the purchase of new ones
SHOWER
Turn the tap up so that the water comes out. Left: Hot water Right: Cold water
SHAMPOO
In the shower there are dispensers for shampoo and body soap.
Check out
Departure: before 11:00 am.
Please turn off all the lights, tv, a/c.
Close windows and doors, room, street.
Make sure to leave all taps closed.
