Feelings & Emotions are words that tell how a person feels inside. They help your writing sound more real and help readers understand characters.
Emotion Words describe how someone feels. They help readers stay engaged.
Signals are small events that cause feelings.
Intensity refers to how strong a feeling is. Some emotions can be very intense.
Pathos is when writers use emotions to connect with a reader.

Write about how you feel in the morning, afternoon, and night. Think about what signals those feelings.
