What is the MTSS App?
The Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) has expanded the DataZone ecosystem with the MTSS Interventions app, a centralized tool that enables districts and school sites to plan, run, and monitor Tier 1–3 interventions using consistent, data‑informed practices.
Built on SCCOE’s Integrated Data Systems, the MTSS app connects directly to student groups created in K‑12 Analytics or SMART and allows teams to track goals, participation, and outcomes in one secure environment.

You can set up one or multiple goals for each intervention. Standard goals include measures that are already predefined and available in DataZone. You could also set up custom goals, where you can record a goal of your choice.
