1 Emergency & Safety Resources - (45% of comments) Students appreciate clear explanations of stakes, risk-awareness, and crisis management protocols. Reliable resources were valuable. ["I found the safety modules in this course was one of the most influential to making me feel confident going on this trip"]
2. Insurance Education - (20%) Students praised clarity. Provides practical, actionable information. Specific mentions of travel insurance claims process and understanding coverage. ["The most useful part was the travel insurance part because I did not know anything about it before this course"]
3. Financial Guidance - (18%) Most frequently-cited specific topic from the modules. Particularly welcomed by first-time travelers who appreciated the practical advice on financial safety, currency exchange, and budgeting. ["The financial and security tips were the most helpful because a lot of people don't realize how complicated exchange rates, transactions, and cash vs card can be"]

2. Media Content - (8%) Some users expressed a preference for written-only content and thought that videos compromised their preference to scan through text more quickly ["rather just read and save resources that I find of value"]
3. Irrelevant topics - (7%) Some travelers felt that topics were not applicable to all travelers. Most commonly cited as personally irrelevant were alcohol, sexual asault, medications, and accessibility. ["The alcohol and sexual abuse one, but was still very informational"- "Alcohol i don't drink"]

2. Emergency Preparedness & Safety - (21%) Students appreciate clear, scenario-based guidance. Easy-to-follow Layla's progression through modules. Situational awareness training. ["I think the safety scenarios were most useful, as it's easy to forget about things like pickpocketing"]
3. Interactive Scenarios - (11%) Character-based decision-making exercises with real-world application. Helped students practice saying "no" in difficult situations. ["Safety modules were interactive and helped me learn as if I were in Layla's shoes" "The realistic scenarios through the form of games or videos were helpful for planning out courses of action"]

["I found all the modules had great and helpful information for what to do to be better prepared for anything that could happen on my study abroad."]
