We also do not believe in micromanagement, as long as you're consistently growing towards sales, you are trusted to manage your own time and workflow.

The technical side of this business is not part of your responsibilities or focus.

It’s important to be clear about your role from the start. You are not expected to explain technical processes or go into the details of how a project is executed. For example, if a prospect is asking niche software development questions, you are not to go ahead and handle this on your own. If a client brings something up that is technical or very specific, simply pass it on to our internal team. Our specialists will take over from there and provide the correct information. To support you in these situations, we’ve also prepared a Google Drive with ready-to-use scripts to help you respond professionally and confidently. Additionally, your role is to help initiate and facilitate communication, not to manage the project itself. When a client is ready to discuss requirements, you should set up a WhatsApp group including the Manager, Founder, yourself, and the client. From there, your job is simply to make the introduction and allow the internal team to take the lead in gathering the project details. You can always refer to the scripts in the Google Drive to guide how you structure these conversations.

Tip: Don't overcomplicate things. You don't have to have all the answers. This is a simple 3-step process that keeps you focused on what matters most - closing deals.

1) Outreach Reach out to prospects, start conversations about their business, understand their goals and needs, identify their pain points. Then present our solution clearly. All scripts are available in the Google Drive. 2) Get Them Connected Once the prospect shows interest, bring them into a WhatsApp group with the Manager, Founder, yourself, and the client. Make the introduction and open the conversation. 3) Hand Over to Us From this point forward, we take over. We handle the calls, onboarding, project requirements, goals, proposals, and everything in between.

You will not be responsible for onboarding clients, pricing or proposals - that is handled by our internal team. However, it's still important that you undertsand our processes. This allows you to confidently guide prospects and clearly explain what they can expect next once they show interest.

1. Initial Call: Brand Study We will get on call to learn about the client's business, what they're needs and goals are and how we can fulfill them. 2. Proposal & Quote After reviewing their needs, our managers will create a proposal that includes a quote which covers the project details, deadlines and price. 3. Fullfillment Our experts will immediately get to work in their project, most of our projects are done in 2 weeks or sooner depending on requirements.

4. Revision and Iteration We will constantly aim to adjust and improve until the goal is achieved. Wether that be testing ads or correcting a website code, we will perfect our work. 5. Continous Communication We are active in our communication with our clients 24/7 throughout WhatsApp Business

As you begin your role, remember that everything gets easier with repetition. You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to stay consistent and follow the process. Keep it simple Don’t overthink your messages or conversations. Focus on starting genuine discussions and moving prospects through the steps. Stick to the system We’ve built a clear process for a reason. Follow it step by step instead of trying to figure everything out on your own. Progress over perfection You won’t get everything right in the beginning, and that’s expected. Focus on improving a little every day rather than trying to do everything perfectly from day one. Don’t try to have all the answers Your job is to connect and qualify, not to solve everything. If something is outside your scope, simply pass it to the team.
