Appoint a district UPSTART Promoter to manage the following deliverables:
1. Allow the use of the LEA’s logo on recruitment materials. 2. Include UPSTART information on school and district websites.
3. Disseminate UPSTART information through LEA communication methods.
4. Distribute UPSTART information to district faculty and staff.
