When you click next, you will be confronted by two live crime reports that have been received by Control at the Festival Hub. We recommend dividing your team in two to respond. Your job, as a team, is to create an Investigation Management Plan for both jobs. What do you know? What offences have been committed? What are your lines of enquiry? What are your fast track actions? What are the risks?
You will have to act fast as after 20 minutes, you will be expected to brief the other team before the next jobs come into your inbox!

You finally finished your shift at 1100 after handing over to the day shift CID team. You worked overtime but made good progress towards both investigations. The festival is a unique environment within policing and you might not always have the level of resourcing you have seen in these activities day-to-day. We hope these quickfire planning sessions have helped foster good team working and continued to build your investigative mindset. Please return the resources to the same state as you found them ready for the next group
