Advantages
- less urban stress (people don't waste time in traffic;- less fuel and pollution (people don't need their cars to go to work); -better work-life balance (people have more flexibility to set schedules).
Disadvantages
-home distractions (TV, mobile phone..); -physical health problems (people are sitted a lot of time and that leads to sedentarism); -mental health issues (people may suffer from isolation and loneliness).
