The Survey
Northfield Regional Medical Center is transitioning to an automated pharmacy system. We want to hear from you. Please complete the brief survey below:
- How satisfied are you with your current pharmacy experience? (1–5)
- What matters most to you in a pharmacy? (select up to 3)
- Do you have concerns about the upcoming transition? (yes/no)
Your responses will inform how we communicate about this change. Results will be shared in aggregate.
The Community Session Invitation
We need to tell you about a significant change to our outpatient pharmacy, and we want to hear your questions before we finalize how the transition will work.
Northfield Regional is moving to an automated dispensing system. We know this affects how you receive your medications. Before we set the implementation timeline and communication plan, we are hosting two community sessions where pharmacists and the transition team will answer your questions directly, and where your concerns can actually change how we do this.
Session dates: [Option1 & Option2]. Space is limited. Register at northfieldmedical.org/pharmacy-sessions.
