RFID antenna
The barcode scanner may be used to scan library cards and/or item barcodes. Your patrons can scan barcodes on their mobile devices. Items may be processed via scanning barcodes one at a time or by reading RFID tags either one at a time or multiple tags at once. To check out via RFID, place the stack of books on the platform. The RFID antenna within the platform will read the tags and send data to your ILS.
To scan a barcode. Hold the library card or item barcode up under the red beam.
