QU'EST CE QUE C'EST UN ARBITRE
Le métier d’arbitre consiste à faire respecter les règles lors d’une compétition sportive et à garantir son bon déroulement.
UN ARBITRE DOIT:
Appliquer les règles du sport-Prendre des décisions en temps réel -Assurer la sécurité des joueurs -Gérer les conflits entre participants -Rester impartial et concentré tout au long du match

- Une excellente connaissance des règles
- De la réactivité et une bonne condition physique
- Un fort sang-froid
- Un bon sens de la communication et de l’autorité
LES ETUDE:
Pour débuter, il faut être licencié(e), au sein d'un club ou en tant qu'indépendant(e), et suivre une formation initiale de 24 heure.La formation coute 500 euros puis il faut etre diplome en tant qu'arbitre international et ce qui est bien on peut en deveni un des 13 ans.
LE SALAIRE
