My first restaurant job
Yes, Chef!
I started helping out in the kitchen after getting bored of dishwashing and customer service. I also began practicing at home every night with new dishes
The restaurant opened a new location and put me as the Manager! I had no idea what I was doing but I taught myself everything in the kitchen.
I started working in fine dining restaurants with Michelin star chefs. I still had no idea what I was doing (see photo) but I faked it till I made it!

I'm no longer washing dishes or taking orders, but I'm now giving the orders and making incredible food! I even made some Beef Wellington's to show off my skills.
