We designed and developed a tailored eLearning program to address diversity in work crews and help leaders manage conversations, focused on building trust, empathy and respectful team environments.
The solution combined short self-paced modules with scenario-based activities and a branching scenario that allowed leaders to practice real-life conversations and see the impact of their decisions on teamwork, trust and inclusion.
We supported Comfort Systems USA in the development of a business etiquette course to set standards on how to prepare for business and training events.
We adopted a scenario-based approach with AI-generated imagery and videos for learners to explore content through a relatable situation.
