Temple Made Fitness
Temple Made Fitness promotes inclusive movement and wellness for all abilities. At Summer Games, they will showcase and sell their new inclusive fitness book for kids, Animal Kingdom: Move like Po the Panda, encouraging children to stay active through fun, imaginative animal inspired movements that support healthy bodies, confidence, and inclusion.

FUNfitness
20-30 minutes (not including wait time). FUNfitness screenings are conducted by Physical Therapist and physical therapy students. They assess flexibility, functional strength and balance of the athlete. After the assessment, athletes will receive a take-home booklet and education on recommended stretches/exercises personalized to them based on the results of their strength, flexibility and balance tests.
