- RECON (侦察): Find one person (a teacher or student) who did something good, but nobody said "Thank you."
- Example: Someone who picked up trash, someone who was quiet in the hall, or a teacher who worked very hard.
- THE MESSAGE (信息): Write a small, secret note to them. Tell them you saw their good work.
- THE DROP (投递): Leave the note on their desk or door when they are not looking. Stay invisible!
- THE EVIDENCE Take a photo of the secret note and where you left it. Post the photo on your padlet page.

Developing proprioception helps us feel calm and focused, learn better, and work as a team. What is Proprioceptive Sense?** **Yogi Instructor:** Proprioception means knowing exactly where our arms, legs, head, etc. are in space at any moment. It allows us to move with balance, coordination, and confidence. Strong proprioception improves concentration, understanding, and self-control.
