Weekly Student Engagement Tip
Student Support
It has been a pleasure meeting with so many adjunct teachers during their evaluations. Thank you for your flexibility and engagement as we’ve worked through this new process together!
We are officially 47 days away from June 3rd, and the data is looking fantastic! Thanks to your hard work and dedication, 78% of the spring traditional students are currently on pace. What you’re doing is clearly working. Let's keep that momentum sliding right into the break. As we head into the time off, please keep the following on your radar:
- Office Hours & DBAs: Please post an announcement for your students letting them know your availability (if any!) for office hours and DBAs during the break so they can plan accordingly.
- Progress Reports: Just a friendly reminder to get those reports sent out! Think of it as the ultimate "tough love" gift: it’s the perfect way to ruin a student’s vacation just enough to save their GPA.
Thank you for everything you do to keep our students moving forward!
The FY26 Student Engagement PLC will be sharing tips on increasing student engagement each week. Talk to students about strategies they already use when they’re struggling. What have they found helpful in the past? Ask if there’s a way you can support them with those strategies.
