Who am I?
Bringing Mom‑Tested EQ to the Executive Suite
I'm a working mother, a wife, and an Executive Assistant who learned that the emotional skills keeping my family running are the same ones that help me thrive at work. Patience under pressure, reading what people aren't saying, and staying calm in chaos—these aren't just parenting wins, they're executive support superpowers. My mission is simple: teach Executive Assistants the emotional intelligence skills that took me years to discover I already had. I wasn't missing tools—I just didn't recognize the ones I'd been using all along as a mom. Once I named them, owned them, and started applying them on purpose at work, everything changed. Now I want to help you do the same.

We don’t like to bore. We don’t want to be repetitive. Communicating in the same old ways is boring and doesn’t engage people. We do it differently. We annihilate boredom. We create things the brain likes to consume because they stimulate it.
